Shipping Charges:
Shipping Charges automatically calculated during online orders is for door to door delivery. Any of the operators like FedEx , DHL, UPS, TNT maybe used depending on best available option.
For Other shipping modes like EMS or Air Freight (Door-to Port) , Or Sea Freight, please write to us at our email ID .
Offline Ordering :
For Offline ordering please select the products from website and email us the list with the quantities.
Packing :
Tools and Materials are packed in Poly pouches and then packed in Card Board Boxes.
Order Processing Time :
Minimum of 2 weeks is required from date of confirmed order to process it.
Order Confirmation :
Order is considered as confirmed only on payment in Advance.
Payment:
Payment is to be made 100% in advance with the order.
In case of Order Value more than $3000.00 we accept partial payments. 5% with order and balance before shipment.
